Preparation1. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except for 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce. Combine thoroughly with your hands. Shape the meat into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Drizzle the top of the cooked meat loaf with the remaining 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Preparation1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Place the garlic halves on a square of aluminum foil. Moisten the skin with the olive oil, wrap them in the foil and roast for 45 minutes, or until the garlic is tender. When it is cool enough to handle, squeeze the cloves out of the skin. 3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes, or until tender. 4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot set over low heat.
