    My daughter is going to sleepaway camp for the first time this summer. When I became a mom, I knew I wanted to give my kids the camp experience I had. Those summers shaped who I am today and I couldn’t be more excited for her. Did you know there are entire stores dedicated to camp stuff?! You have to make an appointment and then you go and they tell you everything you “need” to buy.

    There’s one question I’m asked with almost every recipe I post. That yellow powder (“nooch”) is nutritional yeast.     Passover is in a little over a week and I still don’t know what we’re doing. My kids have a dance competition and we won’t find out their schedule until a few days before. And that’s my life as a dance mom. 😅Here’s what I do know: we’ll be with my parents, we’ll eat matzo ball soup, we’ll have a Seder, and there will be a lot of veggies. Because you always ask for more vegetarian/veggie-packed recipes, today I’ve put together a Passover menu filled with delicious vegetables.
