The clinic will permanently close at the end of business on May 14, 2025. All medical records will be transferred to Gateway Regional Medical Center and be accessible to any patients’ future healthcare providers.

Beatty Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Alton was recently marked for accelerated disposition by the U.S. General Services Administration. Located at 501 Belle Street, the facility serves as a Social Security Administration office and also houses the Office of Surface Mining. Constructed in 1972, the two-story Beatty Courthouse is made of dark brown brick, gray-vein limestone trim, and fascia stone.
