MERCER – Common Pleas President Judge Daniel P. Wallace sentenced a former official of the Shenango Valley YMCA and Hermitage Little League accused of stealing from both organizations to house arrest and scheduled a restitution hearing. Robert David States, 42, of 2165 Saratoga Drive, Hermitage, pleaded no contest in January to a charge of misapplication of entrusted property; charges of theft and access device fraud were not prosecuted.
