The breakfast buffet always makes for an exciting start to the morning, but it can be hard to figure out which foods will help you start your day right. A nutritionist shares her tips for building your plate. It’s one of the best parts of a holiday – the breakfast buffet. If you’re watching the 2025 season of Married At First Sight (MAFS) you’ve gone through a lot of disappointment. We started with a whole bunch of successful-seeming couples, only for controversies (Paul Antoine punching a wall) and shock plot twists (Dave going off Jamie) to ruin everything. Now, they’re suddenly the most likely couple to sprint out the door at this week’s Commitment Ceremony.

If you’ve clicked on this article, you’re either ready to hate-read a MAFS opinion you think is total trash, or you’re totally on board with what I’m about to say. Either way, you’re definitely watching Married at First Sight this season, and very much across the Lauren Hall showdown (plus dinner party fallout) that went off this week. Here’s a brief recap if you were too busy scrolling Depop during the eps: Lauren is with Clint. She is not into him but says they’re friends.
