Some of the most important work a mother can do for her son, is to commit to healing her own relationship with the masculine.

Underneath every female powerhouse, is a woman craving depth, softness, to slow down enough to nourish and tend to herself, to listen to her innate feminine wisdom, and to honour the Goddess within.

Reminder for new moms today who are beating themselves up: you are enough. And your baby chose you, in all your you-ness. 🫶🏼

We can either make our lives fit around our business, or design our business to fit around our lives.

Conscious mothering should also mean zero mom shaming. You are the best mama for your baby. Let her be the best mama for hers.

Every relationship is a spiritual assignment and soul contract. So be grateful for the past. They may have broken your heart, but they also opened your eyes.

Remember the days you dreamed of being where you are now. Before long, this chapter will become a memory too. Be here, now.

The real flex is not waiting to be chosen. But deciding to choose yourself.

Maiden to Mother: it’s ok to be grieving your old life and old self, whilst simultaneously being in awe of your new one. Both can coexist in motherhood.

To all the hearts out there still healing and afraid to trust again. Remember, you are only two open hearts away from the kind of love you dream of.

Even if you feel like you don’t know where you’re going. Trust. Your soul knows the way.
