1. IntroductionBilateral adrenal hemorrhage (BAH) is a rare condition, with a prevalence of 0.14% - 1.8%, according to post-mortem studies, in which blood collects between the adrenal gland and its capsule due to one or more ruptured adrenal vessels [1]. Potential etiologies include abdominal trauma, sepsis, infection, bleeding disorders, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), antiphospholipid syndrome, as well as preexisting adrenal conditions including adrenal tumors [1].
