Now, will the post office stop confiscating it? Will it be full strength? During the pandemic, we did not know if we were getting the full strength product, especially from the powder for compounding. The dose needed kept increasing from 0.2 to 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg/day and the number of doses needed increased as well. FDA must do its own testing of drug products for identity, purity and potency—required attributes of all drugs per US law.

Did you just pay $8 or $10 for a bag of fertilizer at the garden store of Home Depot? Did you know you were probably buying a bag of processed human waste (which is actually good for the garden) along with PFAS, PCBs, flame retardants and God knows what else? The Sierra Club tested 9 bags of commercial bags of fertilizer and 8 had toxic levels of PFAS. They did not test for most other toxic materials. Sewage sludge is anything that families and factories choose to flush down their pipes.

Congress passed 2 laws in the 1990s that I disagree with (FDA Modernization Act (FDAMA) and Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA)) but they are the law and they require FDA to issue fast track designations and to charge pharmacy companies hefty fees for them. The fees are called “” and can only be spent to review a proposed product for licensure. Patent exclusivity is what pharmacy companies live and die by. They must get a patent before FDA reviews their drug, vaccine, biological, or device.
