Maurice Fitzgerald was looking through some old papers in his Prince George’s County home recently and came across a program celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Washington Informer. “I looked at the program and saw pictures of Roy Lewis, Victor Holt and Khalid Naji-Allah, all great photographers of The Washington Informer,” said Fitzgerald, 70, a longtime freelance photographer for the District newspaper.
