Gabriel, aged 30, from Hemel Hemsptead, was last seen on Sunday, October 6 She is described as 5ft 2in with short black hair and of medium build. Gabriel last seen wearing a green jacket, navy blue fleece with yellow lining, blue jogging bottoms with stripes to the legs with white trainers.

Stargazers across the country have been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, on numerous occasions already in 2024.

Anais, aged 15, was last seen at Sainsbury’s in Apsley at around 5pm on Saturday. It is believed she may have travelled to Camden. Anais is described as being 5ft 4in and has black, curly shoulder-length hair.

Police are appealing for information after the A1M crash near Hatfield leaves two people injured (Image: Google Maps) TWO people sustained "serious injuries" when a car crashed into a tree after careering off the A1M this morning. The crash happened at 7.40am today (Sunday) near junction 2 at Hatfield. It is unclear why the black Vauxhall Corsa, travelling northbound, crashed leaving the driver and passenger injured. They were both rushed to hospital.

M1 closed between Watford and St Albans (Image: Herts Police) DRIVERS are being urged to avoid part of the M1 tonight as police have closed it to deal with an "ongoing incident". At this stage it's unclear what the incident is but motorists are advised the M1 is currently shut between Watford and St Albans northbound. A statement issued by Herts Police said: "Drivers are asked to avoid the M1 in the Watford and St Albans area whilst police deal with an ongoing incident.

Can you help find missing Bailey? (Image: Herts Police) Police are keen to find a Hertfordshire teenage boy after growing "concerned for his welfare" after he went missing three days ago. Bailey, aged 17, left his home in Hemel Hempstead at around 4.30pm on Thursday, August 8. It is believed he may have travelled to Luton. He also has links to North Hertfordshire. Bailey is described as white, 5ft 11in and of a slim build.

Bright Spaces open for vulnerable children in police protection (Image: Herts Police) New facilities for children taken into emergency police protection have been officially opened. The bespoke ‘Bright Spaces’ children’s rooms are situated at Watford, Stevenage and Hertford police stations and provide a safe environment for vulnerable children and young adults while appropriate safeguarding measures are put into place.
