Our city library has a yearly budget of $537,000.00 per year. Roughly $400,000 from the City and $137,00.00 from the County. After doing some digging, I found out the city library has the same bi-weekly payroll expense as the CF public works department. Again, our city library has been averaging a payroll that has been equal to or greater than our public works department every bi-weekly payroll that I have tracked since taking interest in this last fall.
