So I needed to find a neural network architecture suited to link prediction on a heterogeneous, discrete temporal graph with weighted edges. Woof. Despite this hyper-specific constraint, I identified an algorithm which, with a few modifications to allow for variable edge strengths and the heterogeneity of the nodes, was suitable for my use case - a graph convolutional LSTM (GC-LSTM).
