Jamie Henshaw (18) was among 56,640 runners from all over the world that ran 26.2 miles to complete the 45th London Marathon on Sunday.

Molly Owen and Matt Brookes, from the Childline base in Birmingham, were among 56,950 runners from all over the world that ran 26.2 miles to complete the Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris on Sunday, April 13.

Chris Sherwood, the new NSPCC Chief Executive, visited the charity’s base in Birmingham to meet the local Childline and Helpline teams. His first visit to the Birmingham office in Hagley Road this week also saw Chris meet with local Schools Service staff and community fundraising volunteers. Chris, who began his tenure with the NSPCC in January, is touring the charity’s hubs around the country to get to know the services, staff and offices across the UK.
