    Move-In Day at Holy Cross is often accompanied by excitement mixed with a few nerves for first-year students. When all the boxes of clothes and supplies are emptied and families return home, students turn to another hurdle: feeling like they belong. The journey of belonging is different for each student. We asked six Holy Cross students about the emotions of move-in day and how long it took for them to feel like The Hill was home.

    Holy Cross Magazine shadowed Andrea Nathalia "Nat" Rodas '24 on graduation day to provide an inside look at the experience. A mathematics major from Seattle, Rodas was an active member of HerCampus and the Women in Business Club during her time at Holy Cross. Additionally, she participated in the College's social media influencer program. On the morning of commencement, Rodas gets ready for the day with her roommate, Larissa Nunes '24, left, a sociology major.

    Running a marathon requires immense determination and dedication to an intense training plan that can last for months. For the majority of runners — the non-professionals — this requires balancing the demands of personal and professional lives with countless hours of training runs and fundraising efforts. Meet six members of the Holy Cross community who will be among the thousands to run the storied 26.2 miles of the 2024 Boston Marathon from Hopkinton center to Copley Square on April 15.
