The announcement, posted on the door to the newly refurbished exterior of the building — complete with the brand's signature green color — said the franchise is looking forward to welcoming guests that day, a year after it first announced plans to open in West Hartford.

WEST HARTFORD — The town's grand list grew again over the last year, though its overall growth was slowed by a new way the state assesses motor vehicles. The total grand list growth was up $8.5 million this year, bringing the town's total net assessed value to just over $7.2 billion.
