Evaluation measures and data collectionThe measures and data collection, according to the project aims, are described below. Demographic and medical data will be collected, and evaluation measures will be administered to determine the acceptability and potential impact of the intervention. Feasibility of delivering the intervention and of the study protocol will be assessed by evaluation of the uptake, adherence to the intervention and therapist fidelity in administering the intervention.
