HITTERDAL, Minn. — Inside one of several sheds at the Larry and Regina Jacobson farm near Hitterdal in western Minnesota's Clay County are dozens of gas and diesel relics parked so close together you can’t help but rub up against history as you make your way through. Many of the roughly 100 Case tractors on the farm are touching tires as Jacobson tries to squeeze them inside, out of the elements. "They say it's a disease with no known cure," Jacobson joked about his passion for tractor collecting.
