Newark Democratic Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested on Friday for allegedly trespassing at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in the city. Shortly afterward, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba phoned into Fox News to gloat about it. Baraka and three New Jersey Democratic members of Congress – Rep.
