    The deal for the office by CityCenterDC works out to about $440 per square foot. An affiliate of Brookfield Properties has sold 750 Ninth St. NW, otherwise known as the Victor Building, to a private real estate investment firm for $153 million. A Rockwood Capital affiliate acquired the nine-floor, nearly 350,000-square-foot Class A office, located adjacent to CityCenterDC, according to deed records. The deal works out to about $440 per square foot.
