Open Interviews: If you’re looking for a job and love animals, the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association (KCHA) may have a position for you. KCHA will hold open interviews on Thursday, April 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the animal shelter at 1246 Greenbrier St. in Charleston. The organization is currently hiring animal care attendants, admission representatives, adoption coordinators and a humane officer.

Demolition: Officials with the Building and Zoning Department in St. Albans say the city continues with its effort to demolish dilapidated structures within the municipality. “To date, we’ve successfully removed over 40 dilapidated structures throughout St. Albans,” Marshall Chaney, head of St. Albans’ Building and Zoning, said in a statement.
