Wrestlers from elementary-school age to high school were getting in one final tournament before the Freestyle State and Greco Tournaments kick off. That was what a lot of girls and boys competitors used the Ultimate Freestyle Tournament for which took place last Saturday at Fort Osage High School. There were 479 wrestlers at the event who were split into 113 different weight classes.

The Fight or Flight Tournament is a tournament that many of the elite-level wrestlers in Missouri use as a tune up before some of the bigger tournaments. There are multiple big time freestyle and Greco tournament coming up including the U.S. Open, Southern Plains Regional Championships, Missouri USA Freestyle and Greco State and the U.S. Marine Corps Junior & 16U Nationals. The Fight or Flight Tournament featured boys and girls of elementary-school, middle-school and high-school aged wrestlers.
