Two large investors were denied large bites of the pie ahead of Litchfield Minerals’ arrival on the ASX, as the NT critical mineral explorer dished up a small but oversubscribed IPO. But the IPO scene remains subdued, after a feast in recent years. There were 384 IPOs between mid-2020 and the end of last year. But, so far in 2024, there have been just five new listings on the ASX.
