    In our fast-paced lives, we pride ourselves on our ability to multitask. Employers encourage it, we boast about it on our resumes. It is frowned upon if we cannot do several things at once. But are we effective? Does multitasking make every task accurate and complete? We have accepted multitasking, but at what expense? I long for the days when I had one task. It was a trial period at work as a new employee. Let’s give her one job and see how she performs before we give her more.
