    Before: The humble caretaker's cottage had a ramshackle appearance before its big glow-up. The new pool house features a standing-seam metal roof and open-lattice wall that allows for summer breezes to cool off revelers. The materials and look of the pool house complements the other structures while remaining totally unique. The gables of the four-car garage and guest quarters were designed to mimic those of the main manse.
