This winding up application was due to a deadlock and an irreparable breakdown in relations between shareholders, and mismanagement of the company.

Today, we have a new moon in Pūrvaphālgunī Nakshatra (sidereal Leo). A new moon is always a time of reflection and setting intentions. This is a reset in the lunar cycle, and the seeds planted here will culminate at the next full moon (a lunar eclipse this time around!) in approximately two weeks time. As I wrote in my post on Pūrvaphālgunī for the 27 Moons Project, this fun loving Nakshatra has a lot to do with relaxation, leisure and the pursuit of pleasure.
