Jamison Wagner, 40, is facing federal charges for two separate attacks—one in February at the Tesla Albuquerque showroom and another in March at the office of the Republican Party of New Mexico, according to a release from the Department of Justice. CNN has reached out to Wagner’s attorney for comment.

The helicopter tour company whose sightseeing chopper plunged into the Hudson River on Thursday is shutting down operations immediately, the Federal Aviation Administration said Sunday. The FAA will be launching an immediate review of the license and safety record of New York Helicopter Tours, it said in a post on X.
