    The demonisation of brain surgeon Dr Charlie Teo as a menace to society is complete. And it is a disgrace. The Health Care Complaints Commission this week found Dr Teo guilty of unsatisfactory professional misconduct over the treatment of two patients. It found Dr Teo had lacked judgment and failed to properly outline the risks of the surgery for those two patients. Patient A and Patient B presented to Dr Teo after other neurosurgeons decided the operations were too high-risk and a waste of time.
