The strays weren’t thrilled to be in kennels, of course, but they were warm and fed, and life was a bit better than being out on the streets. Today’s felines are coming in from FOTAS (Friends of the Animals) foster families as well as clients of Rogue Valley Street Dogs. Just before 8 a.m., two cats without appointments are dropped off, and the staff tells their owner they will try to get them fixed today.
