Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State has proposed the sum of N498 billion as the State’s Appropriation Bill for the 2025 fiscal year. Presenting the budget proposal on the floor of the Cross River State House of Assembly on Tuesday, Governor Otu voted N328 billion, representing 66% for the Capital Expenditure and proposed N170 billion, representing 34% for the Recurrent Expenditure.
