    Property consultancy and estate agency brand Knight Frank has appointed partner Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie as head of sales in its flagship Knightsbridge office. Joining as a sales manager in the Chelsea office in 2016, Ingleby-MacKenzie moved to fulfil the same role in Knightsbridge in 2018, before moving into prime and super-prime sales in Knightsbridge in 2021.     The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is reminding businesses, including estate agents, of the legal requirement to pay the data protection fee, unless exempt. The Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018 requires any business electronically handling personal information, such as names and addresses, to register with the ICO and pay the fee. Agents can check if they need to pay by visiting the fee checker toolkit on the ICO website.
