Cougars coach Justin Anderson must find a successor to two-year starter and all-state performer Mason Phillips. “He was a great athlete who brought a lot to our team,” said Anderson. “You’d like to get one (a quarterback) like Mason every year, but you only get one like him maybe every 10 to 15 years.
