The Dallas Cowboys have put more capital into the offensive line than any other position on the team. They have three first-round picks, another top-75 selection, and have paid another starter a significant contract. They added three depth pieces through free agency, all of whom have starting experience. The interior of the OL is set. Tyler Smith is an All-Pro left guard, Tyler Booker was drafted at No. 12 overall to start at RG, and Cooper Beebe played well transitioning to center as a rookie.

The Dallas Cowboys remade their 2025 linebacker room with trades, free agency, and the draft, mainly because their potential superstar at the position, DeMarvion Overshown, hasn’t been able to stay healthy. The lead man of a $19.3 million position, a second major knee injury will keep Overshown off the field for a significant portion of the season. He won’t factor into the initial 53-man roster because he will be on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.

Regardless of whether the player was drafted and developed by Eberflus, a veteran with success elsewhere, or a player he had to take to the next level, linebackers elevate while under his stewardship.

RT @rjochoa: Loved this bit about the “signal” surrounding Tyler Booker and the Dallas Cowboys from @lindsay_rhodes. https://t.co/uVveArgfC2

Lost the old guy today. He lived a long happy life, only sad he is gone bc I’m selfish & want him with me still 🫶 https://t.co/NRUlSB98TZ

Typically Dak gets disrespected by lowering him based on a lack of team success, Hurts is being disrespected bc of his surroundings. Do we know he’d be top 10 w/o them, no, but he has those same guys going into 2025 so he should be above Geno & Love minimum. Gotta be fair 🤷♂️
