3 1/1 I consider this an amazing item for various reasons - but is this the oldest item of furniture in the UK? This year, I had my first visit to Wells in Somerset and went to view its cathedral. Two of the artefacts within the cathedral amazed me, as well as the building itself. One that I found really incredible was the very early, centuries-old Turret-type clock with a working replacement mechanism put in during the 1880s.
