This week the Rutgers Scarlet Knights travel to Blacksburg to face the Hokies in Lane Stadium.  I have put together a menu this week that is perfect for a mid day tailgate!  for the main dish I created a twist on the old 'Pig in a Blanket" but substituted at Jersey staple... Taylor Ham... or Pork Roll, depending on what part of Jersey you hail from.  Any way you say it, this is an great recipe and a perfect handheld treat for your tailgate.  The cocktail this week is the Bald Jack Rose.
