Q. Our first question is from Cajun Hog who asks: Which is worse, not making the tournament at all like last year or getting within a minute of the Elite Eight and blowing it? I was empty last year. FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – Our first question is from Mousetown who asks: Were the refs trying to give that game to St. John’s? I know they had the crowd behind them but come on, it’s the NCAA’s. But like my coaches always said, you can’t change bad calls. You have to overcome it. The Hogs did. A. The number of calls were actually fairly balanced. St John’s shot 31 free throws, Arkansas put up 27. The problem was the way the refs disrupted two good teams with an avalanche of ticky-tacky fouls.

Q. Our first question is from HL McCamish who says: The selection committee made us sweat and it ticks me off that Georgia is a 9 seed and Mississippi State is an 8 seed. We had the same record and beat both of them. Thought the regular season was supposed to count more. A. You can quibble over stuff like that but I like what Cal told his players before the brackets were announced, We’re gonna get in. It doesn’t matter where they put us. Let’s go play.

I'd have to see the video clip again to be sure of the game. The courtside reporter was out of control. You don't run up behind a player and start yanking on their uniform.

Somebody took the video down. After Houston beat Duke a young reporter ran up behind a Duke player headed to the lockerroom and grabbed the back of his jersey trying to get him to stop and do an interview. Thankfully a couple of event workers stepped in and pulled her away. She
