SHREVEPORT, LAIn February 2025, the Shreveport Police Department's Sex Crimes Unit began investigating Donald Simpson due to allegations of a sex crime involving a minor. The detectives' thorough inquiry led to the acquisition of an arrest warrant on April 2, 2025. This warrant charged Simpson with three counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and one count of Sexual Battery. Law enforcement was able to locate Simpson, and arrested him on April 22, 2025.

BOSSIER CITY, LAA Bossier Parish teacher/educator has been arrested by the Bossier Sheriff's Office on the charge of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles. Evan Michael Sevin-Chavin now faces felony charges with crimes involving juveniles. Earlier reports had Sevin-Chavin listed on the Airline High School website, but he seems to have been scrubbed from the staff pages. Sevin-Chauvin was taken into custody on Thursday, April 18th, and booked into Bossier Parish Maximum Security facility.
