MARYSVILLE, Ohio (WSYX) — The man accused of firing shots at Marysville Police has a history of run-ins with law enforcement in Union and Franklin counties, including a 2017 incident where he tried to headbutt an officer. Dustin Ohm, 29, is charged with attempted aggravated murder for a shootout that occurred in the Quail Hollow neighborhood last Friday, May 30th. He was on community control for a conviction in Franklin County, according to Franklin County court records.

McGuff, 55, was scheduled to appear in the City of Dublin’s Mayor Court at 1:30 pm. ABC 6/FOX 28 is planning to attend that hearing. According to a Dublin police report, another driver reported a Toyota Sequoia driving recklessly in the area of Tara Hill Drive, striking several curbs and driving through a lawn shortly before 8 p.m. on May 6. Police said they found McGuff in the vehicle parked partially off his driveway and into his lawn.
