By Mike PelusoIt feels as though this week things are all the sudden ahead of schedule when it comes to fishing walleyes on the Missouri River. Water temperatures have climbed and the walleyes are milking. My guess is things will slow a bit with this week’s rains, winds, and cooler temperatures.

DEO Photo by Mike PelusoBy Mike PelusoThings are definitely in full swing out here for walleyes on the Missouri River near Bismarck. If you are headed out on the river, you can pick any ramp from the tailrace down to the state line and you’ll find good fishing. It’s crazy to see this many fish in the river already at this time of year.

By Mike Peluso So normally this time of year my reports on walleye fishing activity on the Missouri River in and around Bismark consists of water clarity, ice conditions, boat ramps and so on, but not this spring! Things are in full swing already on the Missouri River, and I couldn’t be happier.
