What happens when the host becomes the guest? In this special episode of A Productive Conversation, I sit on the other side of the mic as Tim O’Hare—an active and insightful member of the TimeCrafting Trust Premium community—interviews me about my latest book, The Productivity Diet. We explore why this book took years to come together, what makes it different from typical productivity guides, and how it offers a more sustainable and value-driven path toward productiveness.

There’s a phrase I’ve always liked—weigh anchor. On the surface, it sounds like adding weight, burden, heft. But it actually means the opposite. It means lifting the anchor so the ship can move. It means letting go. and the same must be said for productivity anchors. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about productivity anchors. You see, anchors don’t just in the nautical sense, but in the way they show up in life and work. Anchors can be steadying.

It didn’t seem like a big deal, but it reminded me of something bigger: You are your greatest project—and even small choices shape that project over time. I’ve become increasingly aware that spatial awareness has eroded in much the same way our attention has. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this? This got me thinking: Maybe reclaiming your attention doesn’t start with focus. Maybe it starts with your footsteps.

Try to remember this. And if you don’t believe that you need to try to remember this… then really try to remember this. https://t.co/eXIgt9S6Rj
