A week later, Mount Greylock will play host to the Western Massachusetts Championships, and then it'll be off to states.

WILLIAMSTOWN — The Mounties are quickly making it a habit to defend their new home track. While the Mount Greylock girls racked up triple-digit points in wins over Monument Mountain and Pittsfield on Thursday, the Greylock boys were locked in a tight race for the second time in a week. The Mounties handled Monument by a healthy margin, but had to tighten up against the Generals in key spots to beat PHS 83-58. Greylock had beaten the Wahconah boys 80-61 last Thursday.
