Don’t tax me and don’t tax thee, tax the fellow behind the tree. This old saw seems also to apply to efforts to reduce federal expenditures. Efforts by President Trump to reduce waste and abuse have been met not with attempts to better distinguish between what is wasteful and what is useful, but rather 100% opposition to every effort made.

I recently read the letter from Steve Kennedy regarding red light cameras wherein he writes that he was cited for not coming to a complete stop when the light turned yellow, and was heavily fined for not doing so. I was surprised that a citation was issued if he turned while the light was yellow and not red. I believe there are several seconds under the yellow before the red appears. Based on this information it would appear he may have had grounds for appeal.
