I’ve been thinking a lot about James Bond lately. It’s not because I’m a Bond fan. Womanizing action heroes aren’t my thing, but I won’t think less of you if you like them. Will we be taken by surprise if there’s no National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration? Is not having the NOAA the crisis? It seems important to be prepared for a crisis.
