GIBSON CITY — During a special meeting on Monday, June 2, the Gibson City Council met in closed session to discuss the employment, compensation or performance of city employees, approved an upgrade of city software, made payroll adjustments and decided on the locations of 10 decorative planters. The topic of the executive session, which took almost an hour to complete, was not further discussed after the council returned to open session.
