1. IntroductionIf 2020 was a year that brought tragedy and upheaval to the education system, 2021 was the year school personnel navigated substantial aftershocks, as well as a new set of unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Four years later, we are still managing the aftereffects of those years on student learning, youth development, and school personnel exhaustion [1,2,3,4,5].
