Intracortical brain–computer interfaces (iBCIs) decode neural activity into movement intention and restore motor function to paralyzed individuals [1]. Stable decoding performance is crucial, as the iBCIs could provide reliable assistance in activities of daily living. The neural-to-kinematic mapping of the iBCIs − the relationship between the recorded neural activity and intended kinematics − may change when neural recording conditions change across days.
