Nanotechnology is not a new term. In a general sense, it is 'Manufacturing Technology of the Twenty-First Century', Not long ago, American physicist Richard Feynman first gave the idea of nanotechnology or nanoscience in a lecture entitled 'There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom' at a seminar at the California Institute of Technology on December 29, 1959. His ideas did not stop there. The world has been embracing nanotechnology.
