An explosion in Khuzdar, targeting the vehicle of the Counter-Terrorism Department’s (CTD) station house officer (SHO), resulted in the SHO’s tragic martyrdom, BOL News reported. The incident occurred on Ibrahim Road in Khuzdar, where the vehicle of SHO CTD Khuzdar, Muhammad Murad, was subjected to the attack. Police stated that an explosive device had been planted in the official’s vehicle.

Motorway authorities have closed the Peshawar to Rashakai section of the motorway for all traffic due to reduced visibility caused by fog. The decision aims to prevent accidents, and authorities advise against unnecessary travel during fog hours. Fog lights should be used while traveling, and the motorway will reopen after the fog subsides.
