(Bloomberg) -- Yemen’s Houthi rebels announced that they would carry out in the coming few hours military operations targeting Ben Gurion and other airports in Israel, in response to the Israeli escalation in Gaza. In a statement on X, Nasruddin Amer, deputy chief of the Houthis’ media commission and chief of the Houthi-held Saba news agency, said that the planned strikes are also in response to Israel’s strikes on Yemen.
