Dear @SamsungMalaysia, work done by your service center is horrible. They can’t fix a flip5 screen even in two attempts. Wow. As per the service executive, the device is sent to HQ for repair. How can HQ be doing such a poor job? @SamsungMobile #frustratedcustomer

.@malindoair decided to move from call centre to whatsapp chat only option. It works only during working hours and their agents don’t respond for hours. And the best part, chat is auto ended in 10 mins. So every time, you have to reshare the details. Horrible use of automation.
