Nach der Gründerfamilie hat sich nun auch die Uniqa Insurance Group von etwa 1,5% der Aktien getrennt — der Kurs hat sich in diesem Jahr bereits mehr als verdoppelt. Der Wiener Versicherer verkaufte laut Bloomberg vorliegenden Transaktionsbedingungen 1,8 Millionen Aktien zu je 77,67 Euro. Das entspricht einem Abschlag von 10% auf den Schlusskurs vom Dienstag und bewertet die Beteiligung mit 140 Millionen Euro.

Uniqa Insurance Group AG is offering to sell about 1.5% of Strabag SE following a 118% rally this year, just weeks after a similar placement by the Austrian construction company’s founding family. The Viennese insurer is offering 1.8 million shares via a placement on Tuesday, according to terms of the deal seen by Bloomberg News. Demand has exceeded the deal size, according to the terms. The stake is worth about €155 million ($175.5 million) based on the closing price in Vienna.
